Burnt Oaks North Apartments and Sea Side Court for 55+ is tucked into a quiet corner of the Twin Beaches in Northern Calvert County. Our community has 108 general population apartments spread out among two open courts and 29 apartments in a designated 55+ building. We offer bright and spacious floor plans with plentiful closet space. A few of our apartments even have a water view of the Chesapeake Bay! Each apartment is complete with modern flooring and cabinetry, breakfast bar seperating kitchen from dining and living rooms, all electrical appliances including washer and dryer and dishwasher, and blinds in every window. Our apartments are maintenance free, down to each and every light bulb! Our management office is onsite and fully staffed with friendly and helpful maintenance and management personnel!

Residents of our community have access to a fully equipped fitness center, car wash with vacuum and power washer, and picnic areas complete with charcoal grills. Being a member of our community also gives you access to the local beach free of charge! Residents are also able to rent our furnished community room which includes an entertainment system, kitchen, tables and chairs and deck with view of the surrounding forestry.
