Sea Side Court is a 55 and older independent living community located at 3939 Sea Side Court. The building contains 29 large one bedroom floor plans, ranging from 805 to 1550 square feet. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, electric range with stove top, and garbage disposal, large walk-in closets and pantry, and plenty of storage space. Each apartment has 8 foot ceilings, colonial trim and doors, wall-to-wall carpeting with hardwood foyers, mini blinds in each thermo-window, built-in ironing centers, handicap accessible bathroom facilities and wide doorways and hallways. Each apartment is wired for high-speed Internet access and maintenance free down to each and every light bulb!

Community amenities include an elevator, beautiful community room, exercise room, screened porch, and more. The Community Room is a special place to gather, read books, share meals and talk. It includes a kitchen, library, satellite television and digital piano, and propane fireplace. Residents of the building use this room for monthly birthday celebrations and holiday gatherings.

Our best feature is our security system. Only residents of Sea Side have full access to the building. Guests and visitors must ring each resident to gain entry. Residents are able to view and communicate with their visitors from the privacy of their apartment. On moving day every resident is issued a key fob which has been programmed to allow only that resident entry.
